Wellbeing Spaces

On a hectic college campus, it’s helpful for individuals to have space to prioritize personal wellbeing. Spaces are now available in Coffman Memorial Union for individual students who wish to engage in wellbeing practices, such as private telehealth appointments, relaxation, de-stressing, meditation, or prayer.

During the academic year, spaces are open in Coffman Memorial Union (CMU) between 8:00am and 3:00pm. Reserve a space and find more information about the Wellbeing Spaces at z.umn.edu/suawellbeingbooking. Resources available in the space include coloring supplies, puzzles, and other de-stress toys.

Students are only guaranteed the space once they have submitted the booking form.

If you have any concerns, please contact the Welcome Desk on the first floor of Coffman Memorial Union or at 612-624-4636.
